As far as can be told, Marin_09 isn't a spambot (being located in the US, whilst pointing to a site in a very obscure Australian backwater might be a clue). However, we're watching, always watching...

the guests would hurl themselves onto these not knowing what disastrous amounts of alcohol they just comsumed. Half would ignore the fruit, the other half usually collect it and slam it. You guys know how they clean concrete? With an acid only slightly weaker than stomach acid, which would explain ...

Re: Third Shift, your neighbors will be impressed when they

That got me thinking. Are you people notorious drunks in your town/street/neighbourhood/apartment? My neighbors know I'm a.. well... I'm on this site, that should explain it... That being said, the number one drinks at my house (when it gets "call the cops" loud, anyways) are porch crawlers and my ...

Do people not do this at every bar they go to?

Re: Driving The Diesel Forklift Stoned

Thank god for that spambot reviving this thread. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten to see Klaus again, and relive my own forklift driving escapades.
Wasn't drunk, as i was 19-20 at the time, but damn, was I hung over.

Re: making booze

Just thought this link would be good here. Carry on. Beer is made from porridge ? Rule Of Thumb. . Every time I help my sister and her hubby brew, I take a tiny taste of the wort, mash, or a nugget of hops. PRO TIP: do not eat a nugget of hops. Jesus they are bitter. EDIT TO ADD: also, attempted a ...

Re: I'm on my way to NY. Suggestions?

This passes for journalism? I mean, come on... Number three really cheesed me though. My local is NOT a dive, and we're a pretty big tourist trap, yet the prices are well within reason (4-5 for a draft microbrew, 3.50 for a captain and coke, 5 for a marg). My brother paid fourteen for a double rum a...

Re: Rising Costs

One of the few times I actually support the way we do it here in PA, is when it comes to pricing. Everywhere is the same price, the sales last all month, they put the prices and sales online, you can check inventory of any store in the state.... Shit, they even put out a little magazine about quarte...
