Re: "What are you eating - Thread"

I just got an Instant Pot and I have no idea what to do with it. It intimidates me. Any beginner recipes? (SERIOUS beginner, like "meat and a few canned ingredients mixed together")

Re: Palinka RIP Jan 2016

I found this on my computer this morning. I wrote it last night while I was drunk. I know I intended to write more. I would, but I feel like whatever I felt during writing it is different than I feel right now. It's a very poignant sentiment to me so I figured I would share it rather than delete it....

Re: Palinka RIP Jan 2016

I feel like a shit for falling out of touch for so many people on this board, Palinka included. We used to be like family, and to me he was like a cool, wise older brother. Or maybe a cool, wise uncle? I was very young back then. Palinka was there when I got engaged to my now-husband back at MDMCon ...

Re: "What are you eating - Thread"

Potatoes are totally vegetables! And one of them had actual truffle listed as an ingredient, which is...a vegetable? Maybe?

Re: "What are you eating - Thread"

Campbell's makes some mean slow cooker sauces. I know it sounds weird, but they are amazingly tasty, especially the Tavern Pot Roast and the Moroccan Chicken one. Also, I made enchiladas with oaxaca and a mystery pork from the local Mexican grocery cocina that was like crumbled chorizo except not th...

Re: "What are you eating - Thread"

Thanks to my website and your link, my Internet ears were burning. AND THUS, I WAS SUMMONED I'm doing quite well, thank you! I will be double-cyborging early next year (getting the right side of my brain wired) so I should be feeling even better. And, so that I do not hijack this thread blabbing abo...

Re: I had to call 911 for Liz tonight

And I find myself coming back here again to say goodbye to another longtime MDMer. Oggar, that was a beautiful post. I am so very sorry for the deep, deep pain you and others are feeling right now. I obviously didn't know Liz that well but I feel like I knew her more through the love I knew you and ...

Re: A Titan Among Us Has Fallen

I only hung out with Tony a few times in person, but I will cherish those memories (and the forgotten ones). I will keep his urinal puck forever. He helped me so much through my sickness and helped me to keep fighting. He was just a really great, great guy.

Re: Internet 101, don't make a separate post saying hi

Thank you so much, guys! Knowing people like what I write is such a self-esteem boost. Everyone likes to hear they're doing a good job, and I never get tired of people saying they enjoy the one thing I'm kinda good at. I know my posts are often unusually long compared to other review sites but I lov...

Re: Internet 101, don't make a separate post saying hi

NYDingbat - My mom's friend's dad has also had CD forever, same with the Botox. He lives a pretty normal life, apparently. I get Botox every three months - most of it goes into my neck, with some in my shoulders and one leg. They can't hit every spot, though, because you have to walk a fine line. It...

I'd send you the half-eaten bag I have somewhere but that would probably cost more than buying it on eBay! Well, you pay for exclusivity.

Re: Internet 101, don't make a separate post saying hi

Why did I not just register as Juggy in the first place? Oh, silly me. Oh well, I'm pretty sure I will always be Juggy here - cannot deny treetop. So glad to see so many of my old friends here! And hey I guess new faces ain't so bad either, as long as you aren't jerks. Toxi and I did get engaged at ...
