Re: What to drink and keeping track

I wonder if I'll forget it again and watch it again tomorrow...hey that's a weird thought. metaconfusion I remember now! I wasn't paying much attention because I was painting my toenails and my hubby was yammering at me while I was watching it. I remember the episode today. Six shots in today...bou...

Re: What to drink and keeping track

I prefer to take the professional approach, like a politician, what did I drink, What didn't I, what did I, was that good or bad, does that depend on circumstances, fall into sweet, ignorant oblivion I got some oblivion for you. I'm re-watching an episode of Leverage that I watched last night, only...

Hey, I got my vodka, so I'd call that a pro. Net gain, you know?

Re: What to drink and keeping track

Stanley Kubrick! And alcohol! Yeah!

I earned my vodka today, btw. I was down to my last six shots of Smirnoff, and had to send my husband out for more. In exchange for certain sexual favors :(

But I got my vodka!

Re: What to drink and keeping track

Hey Badfellow, that's kinda like that Nietzchie quote. I don't know what either one of them means.

Vodka! And more vodka! Every day!

Re: What to drink and keeping track

Ah, my friend~ A hangover is a fickle bitch. My early years of heavy drinking, i was the guy bragging about how i never got hangovers. "I drink and drink all night, and i'm good to go the next day!" It's really simple: ~10-20 drinks won't give you a hangover, unless you're a pussy (or sick, or w/e)...

Yeah, that's the problem, ain't it. How to moderate when you're three sheets to the wind.

Ah well, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. For now, salut!

Re: What to drink and keeping track

Hey that's a good idea. I keep my vodka in the freezer, so today I marked my starting point in the frost and measured how much the level decreases per shot. I've totally got this.

Four shots in so far today.

Re: Favorite time of the day to get loaded

I usually have my first drink after five pm, but my favorite time of day is the morning. Say nine or ten o' clock. If I start drinking that early, I know it's gonna be a good day.

What to drink and keeping track

So I''ve been drinking Smirnoff, because it's clear and I'm guessing there's not congeners or whatever in it to give me a hangover. And so far I've not been getting hangovers. But I'm receptive to suggestions to improve my drink of choice. Also, I've lost track of how many drinks I've had this eveni...

Re: New to The Board? Then introduce yourself here...

Hey Patchez, thanks for the reply. Well I was so hammered it seems I neglected to inform myself of the netiquette in this fine establishment, and I did not offer everyone a drink. Shame on me! Let me correct my mistake. Drinks on me! I got whiskey, rum, beer, wine, whatever you're drinking, it's on ...
