Well shit! I didn't have bitters, so I used a chinchona bark tea that I use to make a tonic base. I mixed a little of that with Absinthe, whiskey, a lemon rind, sugar, and a little soda water. Yes to fried potatoes and eggs with hot sauce. I get nervous when we run low on eggs or out of potatoes. I never know when I might need a hangover breakfast so it's best to be stocked with potatoes and eggs.

That reminds me of my high school years when my friends and I would throw a case or two down in the snow outside the sauna. We'd run out periodically to grab fresh cold beers, maybe roll around in the snow, and then run back into the hot steam of the sauna.
