Considering that smoking really is rather not healthy, I mostly quit smoking.
The exceptions are occasional cigars and cigarettes in pubs. I just don't like second hand.

Since it's bitters these days I suppose it tells about me that I have become bitter.
And then bitters are healthy and good for your stomach and also taste good, so there life!
