Raising a few glasses for my friend Thonen. He was involved in a head on collision with a semi yesterday. He's lived to tell about it so far and I'm drinking to recovery. I like that idea, Thirsty. I'm out of rye at the moment, though, so I'm going with New Amsterdam vodka. I bought it hoping it would be as good a value as their gin (I think it's underrated) but I was wrong. Now it's time to lower the level on the bottle.
