drinking injuries...

Post by VodkaHero » Sun Aug 10, 2003 12:29 am

I woke up this morning with a sprained thumb, major bruises all over my arms and back and possibly a cracked rib. I had no idea what had happened, I remember nothing after the first half of the bottle of gin I had.

Turns out I got into a bit of a scrap with a buddy, I gave him a good shot right in the face. Wish I knew more details. Oops.
Happiness is a pint of guinness and a shot of jack.

i 've had that happen to me. Your pal doesn't remember what you gotinto a xscrap about either. those bruises of yours will heal. I like that about liquor, sometimes you lose a few hours. Like an outof body experience. Good to get away sometimes.
I drink everyday/everynight
I have since 1975

To all drunks, a cautionary tale.
A wee while ago i was out for a few drinks, not a lot.
When i woke up the next morning i had a black eye and a 6 inch gash down my back. At the time i couldn't remember a thing  but i realised i was taking zyban tablets to stop smoking, the lesson is do not take these tablets. They are evil, and you can't drink, while on them.
SOO drink, smoke and fuck it all
beer, wine, voddie it don't get any better.

If I have to explain to one more person how to use a semi-colon, I swear that some bar-owner will have a very happy day.

I agree, drugs suck. I'm on antibiotics, can't drink for 10 days. :(

One of the first (and last) Fraternity parties I went to, choking down a couple of these god awful margaritas they were serving I headed for the beer to get the sappy taste out of my mouth (I was I suppose a bit mangled and I tend to get pushy when drunk) So I'm going down these stairs and I remember it being so crowded. Anyways I fell down that stairs but that didn't stop me from getting my beer (I didn't feel a thing...till the next day) I wake up the next morning and my arse and lower back were like turning purple it was the biggest bruise I think I've ever had. I think I might have broken my cox.
Ah well one down many more to go.

 Thanks for the correction. No I wasn't referring to a coxswain, and I think that most half-undrunk people got my point. Do you like cruise the modern DRUNKARD chat boards for grammar and spelling errors?
Whatever it's all good. 8)
