Right now, I am having serious cravings for Chinese food, I want shrimp sauteed in homemade sesame sauce, or coated jumbo shrimp in mandarin ginger sauce or a wonton in spicy light peanut sauce. Hot and spicy chinese baby eggplant in garlic sauce sound good too. I have to have a fried rice dish, pineapple curry fried rice garnished w/ shrimp & cashew nuts.
I'd wash it all down with a few cold beers.
