Yeah Das, that's pretty much me too. Except I haven't watched any K-1, I just know Sapp has been fighting there lately. I post on the Sherdog MMA board too.

These are all great recipes for the weekend, but I seriously cannot drink before work, except for maybe a kalhua in the coffe - but that is an extreme emergency.
