I was "tipped" a 100CL bottle of Havana Club, yesterday, by some loyal customers. The deal is, they had just gotten back from Cuba (their native land) and this was a bottle that they had brought back. The Cuban tax stamp made it all the more delicious.

I don't really understand the point of aging the rum. Of course, the difference between molasses and cane juice is a consideration. Maybe that's why I prefer the bottom end dregs of molasses. Now grab your tongue and say, "Mole asses on the table"
