First things first, I got my issue 58 toay, on a friday, timing huh! YES
Tell me though, do you just read it online and store it away in safety, a place where cigarettes, vomit and drinkspills are in no sight or do you like the feel of an actual issue in your hand. Maybe showing it proudly in commute-train? Or in an upper class cafeteria, while having your pipe and scotch-laden-coffee. The old ladys starting to giggle and the old gentlemen pointing with their prussian canes at you shouting, that is unheard of, while fighting a heart-attack?

The "You Know You're a Drunkard" thread can be found here.
As for where to read The Magazine, you should take it to every one of your local bars and ostentatiously read it, at the bar, so that all the staff know that you are both serious about your boozing and that you're "connected".
Trust me, this will work.

Huh
I tend to keep them safe from myself, but correct, that they should be shown off. We hold rare things in our hands, and all must see our prize!
Flash it about town, I always say
