Water is nice. I always drink a big glass when the night is winding down. The cup I use is pretty big, probably 5-6 cups worth. It helps with the hangover. This is going to sound weird, but a little caffeine powder up the nose is also pretty great to ward off the night time spins, and the good morning head aches.

I have been told that the amount of water I drink would poison anyone else. I drink several liters of water every day and twice as much when I booze it up. Without it I get hangovers from hell, splitting headaches. I also need sugar in some shape or form while I'm drinking, or the same thing happens.

Second day in and so forth I think "HEY YOU'RE DEHYDRATED STUPID MOFO" but roughly 1-2 hours in I usually forget about all of that. Then after the drunken spree I pick whatever is left of my body during day or two.

I don't drink pop or coffee, so I drink massive amounts of water before boozing. And after if I can get to it before passing out. Either way, I try to always have a bottle of water by the bed. As long as I hydrate and eat something before bed, I can drink as much as I want with no hangovers.
