Last time I was in this thread I was a 12-night streak newbie. I've made it my point for pretty much the whole summer, my last summer break of my life, to imbide nightly. I had one mishap last week where I only had 4 beers, and back in mid may I had a... legal mishap... that led me to not drink for a week out of a pavlonian distaste. It went away.

Oh, dear. The real world kicks in next year. Trust me. you're gonna fucking hate it. Drink early and often. It's the only way.

Fucking bullshit, with the utmost due respect. My life after university has been blessed, tiresome, and most of all, way better than when I was in school. I'm sorry, but I'm drunk and love life in any way it comes.

To be fair, universities are also pretty much manned by drunks, at least around here.

Yeah, I think that's true everywhere, but drinking is an accent to life. The guy whose still acting like a frat boy into his forties ain't ideal.

Yes and no. (Edit, at my uni atleast) Worst about the yes part is the "hiding" they often do. Almost as bad as them drys.
I slowly reach universtiy levels of drinking again, that was quality time spent. We had attendance as "optional". Believe it or not I attended most seminars, reeking badly though and only my corpse was in attendance, my mind was asleep as it should be at hours 9-13. Inhuman shit.
Drink!

agreed mate, going your hardest in uni is peaking too early. real life gives you a reason and an appreciation for the time you have
