What do you drink when you're freezing your tits off?

The question of the day. The question which needs answering. What do you drink when you're freezing your tits off?

It's cold. I'm freezing my tits off. I've drank cognac, scotch, vodka and some gin. The cognac helped the most.

I would ideally like to drink myself into a Caribbean climate. Any suggestions?

If I'm outside at a cold college football game for several hours, I've found that Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey mixed with the soft drink of your choice helps take the edge off the cold. Of course, if you cross that line it can take the edge off your enjoyment of your team winning against your arch rival, or even your remembering the score the next morning.

If I'm out in the cold for a length of time I dress in layers and drink a lot of beer and the bourbon of my choice, at the proper pace to keep meself warm but not shit in the street.

I've never had fireball whisky. I've never had fireball anything. I like it though. It sounds warming.

It's meh. Basically whiskey with training wheels.

Hot Buttered Rum or a Bullshot thermos makes really good warmers.

The HBR will be Caribbean like with the rum and all.

Herman, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey is not a sophisticated drink. I've never bought an entire bottle of the stuff. It tastes like liquid red hots. But in the little airplane bottles that you can sneak into a ball game, it mixes very easily and our local stores sell it like hotcakes during football season. And because it tastes more like liquid candy than whiskey, you can drink a lot of it real quick and get zonked before you realize it.

Google "wintering". Pretty sure the magazine wrote about it in years past but I'm too drunk to care to look it up. You're on a good start. I always like a bottle of brandy for a cold day. Finds its way into coffee and tea quite easily. Nice on its own in a snifter, too.
