Whiskey hangover today. It's 12:30 and I'm just now on my first cup of coffee. There was a dozen notifications on my Facebook this morning, apparently I went on a chat spree last night. None of it appeared to be too bad, but one friend who always gives me a thumbs up or a haha ignored me on one of his posts.

Just curious, are those different from vodka hangovers?

I've never had a pure organic vodka hangover. Whenever I have vodka, it's at the last stop on my pub crawl, and I've already had several bottles of wine beforehand.

Yes, they definitely are. Vodka hangovers, to me at least, are very mild. Whiskey hangovers on the other hand, come with all types of extra shit. Like, it affects how you smell. And I have to be careful with that, being a corporate drone and all.

Vodka, while still having a scent, isn't as offensive. It also doesn't upset my stomach to the extent that my next day shits are violent displays of self-torture and purge.

vodka hangover for the win

What is the odor you speak of? Is this a rye thing or any whiskey causes this? Does this mean all those times I thought I was getting away with shit everyone could smell my hangover?

Just can't win.

All I can go off is Jack and Coke. Whenever I'm hungover on whiskey she can DEFINITELY tell, saying I stink. On Vodka, I can slip by her and she'll only notice if I make the mistake of talking while up and close to her. I take that to mean the additives in whiskey are noticeable, while the multiple distilled and neutral nature of Vodka can be hidden a bit better, but not completely.

Enough vodka makes you smell like a bum, same for beer. Whisky maybe more like a gentleman

Gin makes me stink. It doesn't matter anyway because nobody is here to smell me. Plus, I don't intend to undrunk up long enough to care for the foreseeable future.

Gin is for hardcore alcoholics it gives me the shits. One time I went to a friends house, he wont let me use the shitter anymore. It was like I ate 3 Taco Bells burrito suprises. I hit walls, he threw me out of the place then sprayed me down with a hose like a dog. Then I puked on his mail box...on purpose I think
Where the fuck am I and how did I get here?
