It really is closer to spring. Very little snow, occassional cold as hell days and high wind warnings. This is honestly the warmest winter I can think of right now.
Scream, where are you located? I'm in central California and we're experiencing the coldest, wettest winter we've had in several years. I'm sick of being cold, and sick of dealing with rain.

I'm in upstate NY. I should be at the very least ankle deep in snow at this point. But instead we get plenty of rain.

Been raining for two weeks down here and my apartment smells like mildew. We only get the outer edge of the storms that hit you guys up there.

Are Nausea and FKR near the fires? The news coverage looks horrific.

The fires are about 6 hours north of me. All is well here.

Boulder is much closer to Denver, where Frank is.

-22 F overnight. Oh, but it warmed up to -13 F this morning. Your nostril hairs freeze as soon as you step outside. Think I’ll go to the beach today.

That is very unforgiving weather. I would probably succumb.

Apparently we have a winter storm heading toward the east coast, so I want to go out do some stocking up and hunkering down. I'm still off tomorrow, so I can spend the day drinking and watching movies with my kids. Shouldn't be too bad.

So far most of this has stayed south of PA. Cold as hell and blustery but no flakes yet.

Heavy coastal brain fog will give way to hazy sunshine and noxious jet fumes. Be on guard for ruptured sewer lines due to recent heavy rains dumping raw sewage from toilets into the local drainage system. It can mess up your street and your access to the liquor store. Drive carefully and make sure you have mud flaps.

It`s getting rather mild for Jan. We barely had any snow this winter yet. Nothing that stuck atleast.

I hope we don`t have to trade this in for a snowy april again like last year
