A Russian entrepreneur, called Dmitrij Pereverzev was caught on smuggling booze. This would not be big news. But the way he did it deserve this commemoration:
Russian immigration officers found a hidden, approximately 3 cms thick pipeline in a ditch running from Russia to Lattvia. They followed it, then found the origin of it 350 meters away in a shed, where they found 12 barrels, 230 liters each. The owner (our Dmitrij) was interrogated, and he stated, that he bought the 2500 liter pure alcohol last month to satisfy his own booze consumption needs.
The officers have found the other end of the pipeline in Lattvia, not far from the border, ending in a tap. Dmitrij has a real estate in Lattvia. Complete the puzzle.
Booze smuggling, 21th century.
