Well it's midday here so I guess that's cheating. I'm drinking a Mai Tai. It's tasty even if I don't have any almond syrup to put in it.

Just said goodbye to the G and smacked the cat away from the door. Still have much bourbon (yay!) and 1/3 of a rather so-so movie to watch.

Well, I guess it is technically cheating, but considering noone else has responded, and you have an incredible avatar, the judges will allow it... I'm sticking with vodka, oj, and a dash of mountain dew, not sure if that's a Dew Driver, or what, but it's good. And considering playing some more online blackjack, while pining for Vegas......

What kind of bourbon (my personal favorite being Yukon Jack), and what so-so movie?

The bourbon that dare not speak its name (because you can always tell Grumpy, but you can't tell him much) and a future Goodwill donation called The Bride.

The Bride huh....well, judging by the clouded light coming through my den window, morning is upon us....are we the only ones fully appreciating it? (granted I may be the only one in this time zone).

You better say your prayers when Casino sees this.
Yukon Jack is a Canadian liqueur. It is not bourbon

Beat me to it, I was going to say the same thing.
And I agree, the Yukon Yak is abominable. it must be made with antifreeze because the hangovers it causes are paralyzing.

Fair enough, I'm man enough to admit when I was wrong. As someone born of the Yukon (or at least the Manitoba cold), I guess my mind has always equated Yukon Jack to a Canuck bourbon whiskey--even though I now enjoy the Southern climate. But, I recognize that it isn't. And anyone who casts dispersions on the Jack obviously hasn't experienced the Hoary Nights from whence it was born.
And hell, isn't it just fun to say 'hoary'?

I'll take George Dickle and a Sweetwater 420, if ya please.
