Gin or vodka martini?
Gin. I think it is a serious problem that we live in a world where this question has to be asked. A "vodka martini" should be called a vodka martini, not a martini.

Schell's winter seasonal but I think it needs a shot of Wild Turkey to really warm things up.

When I get off this computer, I'll have three martinis (all gin, of course); a 4 to 1, a 6 to 1, and a 10 to 1, to see which ratio I like, during a James Bond double-feature (see "Whatcha listening to?"). BTW, after reading some recent posts on this thread, I've got an idea. Since the majority of us are against vodka martinis, let's quit calling them that. How about calling them "Vodka and Vermouth," which could be shortend to V & V or Double V? Just a suggestion.

PBR. I've made it to my favorite local bar two days in a row now. Feels good to be out again after a long time of hooching at home.

Vodka and Vermouth sounds good to me. Right now I'm drinking Wild Turkey.

Stella... only one can left and she should be destroyed. Then the Heiny... only one can of that left too. From there, I'm mixing 1 bottle of Sauza, 3/4 bottle of Cointreau, a little Agave syrup and lime juice. I dare say that my fellow Texans have called this shaken, neat concoction a Mexican 'martini' but I'll just call it lunch.

Mine, sorry, pic from a while back, was 50 with my friend's discount, they were going close to 80 retail. Not all that hefty but, in my opinion, this is one of, if not the best Islay on the planet. I would put it over the ten and definitely over the 15. The 15 I could take or leave, I know, blasphemy, but heck, I like my Islays like I like my Islays.
In that pic, from the Arizona house, the ten, the fifteen, the Cask Strength and that bottle of Weller are gone. I replaced the 10 in Cali, and the Weller. I'm gonna get another bottle of the cask strength, but then the bar here is gonna be too Laphroaig heavy, variety is a bit better, I could be wrong though.
