Now, when you do receive your parcel, that is the HBE. It truly is a holiday, unto its own, when you are able to procure free booze, especially when you savor the anticipation of opening something you probably have never tasted before.

I received mine on Friday to much delight. The Fifty Stone caught me off guard. It was a young whiskey and smokey as aal get out. Like drinking brimstone. Bacchus help me I do love it so.

Two Allagash beers, both barrel aged one in oak and the other in brandy. Van't wait to open those. Saving those for a bottle share to spread the love.

Written description wise, it's like a chain you'd hang a basket in your kitchen with - ya know those baskets ya put onions, garlic, tomatoes and other stuff ya don't refrigerate? Why it came in a Cisco box, I've got no bloody idea. Is my boozefactor telling me to lock my laptop away?

the chain was merely there to mask any incriminating sloshes. the Cisco box was what I had laying around the office. thistlefinch distillery is local small batch operation in Lancaster PA. I got you the gin as I heard you were partial to that particular clear liquid.

I just happened to get my gift on my birthday. Surreal... my Bacchus what can I say. Sitting here enjoying a second helping for breakfast. The spiciness and vanilla do come forth and fifth in this.
