homemade (from a kit) red wine. Was lied to when I bought it (Ready to drink after 1 week) After a few weeks in the bottle it has gone from being borderline undrinkable to perfectly ok

I researched it last month, but I forget what I found. My dad was given it by the wife of a friend of his who passed away.

I'd imagine it's around ten years old, but will research it tomorrow if I wake up before the bottle is recycled.

I seem to be in a rut, on the wine again. At least I'm mixing it up having a jug instead of a bottle, could be the making of it. It was a good year (Bullshit, it was a mediocre week)
might add in some rum if I get frisky later on
