The deal with the chaser is because any well mixed drink will parch your throat due to the alcohol some time down the road. Maybe not right away but soon. Just maximizing my enjoyment. My favourite, Captain Morgan's Dark Rum and coke, got a nice bottle of Kraken Spiced I might open in a bit! :D
