Last night at Spec's where Ivan held a clinic on liquors, this was one that confused me. A 5th on vodka in a fire extinguisher bottle?


Breakfast this am at the Texican...... They brought Mexican Martini's were poured large. they presented them in cocktail shakers with martini glass and lots of fruit and olives and salt. Too complicated. We just stuck straws in the cocktail shakers.



After leavng the Texican where we got our schwerve on. Cowboy bar. cemet floor. natural wood fireplace and shiner/lone star long necks for a fair price.



Guess who?



Gin is now making some chili. carmelized veggies in bacon grease. bacon. Meat. Jamesons. Shiner.

Life is good in Texas.
