Got some Rheinbacher beers in the freezer for later Boilermakers but for the nonce I look like the eyepatched guy above - yearning!

...but that there is something to consider: tap water may have a flavor, depending upon your locale and water supply system.

I've lived where the water had an almost-quinine taste, but without the effervescence. (Maybe some Alka-Seltzer® for that)...

Is your water too nasty to freeze in a bread pan?

Only kidding about the ice - my freezer works fine. Not sure about your "quinine"-like water though: my tap water tastes like oestrogen so I always prefer bottled H2O.

Tonight it's more vodka and beer Boilermakers - mmm, love that raw spirit!

And I see that MDM issue 62 is now at the printers - huzzah!

Given the glacial pace of production of MDM - anyone want to guess the year that issue 100 will come out?

Just be sure to mix it with a quality ginger BEER, not ginger ale. Ginger ale is too weak to stand up to the Kraken!
