I'm happy. No smarter. But I am drinking a wee dram of bourbon and a Heineken to celebrate.

12.5% of the people on Southern California freeways are 0.08 or more at 5:00am. Or so the propaganda goes. Tomorrow I must drive to work early, and I don't want to be one of them. I am a slave to driving during the week. My weekends are up for grabs. (wanna grab me?)

Defintely a good thing to celebrate. Been there, done that. Mine was a Saturday thru Tuesday evening type deal. Did you burn the "our feable attempt at brainwashing you" booklet? That crap gave me many a laugh. Cheers and congrats DJF!DrunkenJackFlask wrote:I'm happy. No smarter. But I am drinking a wee dram of bourbon and a Heineken to celebrate.

Still too early to burn anything. This was just "Education". Still have 8 more weeks of "Group", 2 one-on-ones with the counselor, 8 AA's that "someone anonymous" has to sign, and two more Saturdays of filling sandbags for the county. Another 7 months on a restricted licence (as soon as I get it) and 5 years of probation. I'm just celebrating the first thing I completed. But I'll take it! Cheers!Shmoo wrote:Defintely a good thing to celebrate. Been there, done that. Mine was a Saturday thru Tuesday evening type deal. Did you burn the "our feable attempt at brainwashing you" booklet? Thanks! In two months, I will take a couple weeks of vacation and drink that thing in its entirety. May take a sip or two before then. I might need help, though...Shmoo wrote:Holy Shit! *passes a barrel of Ten High to the westcoast*

Ha, ha. See, see. I thought I reached enlightenment when I saw a painting of 'Contra' done on a 20x24 canvas.Enabler wrote:there is nothing you can learn in twenty hours that you can't forget after four. One if you have a funnel.

Any Way! Want some almond champage from Temickular? In a clean glass, even?
Dammit Savage, you beat me to it.
DJF, I'm single, you know.
Condolences on all this bullshit DJF. But I agree with Louie--- Denver is lovely in mid-May.
And I am SINGLE, you know. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more.
