What you can't drink on anti-biotics?

with some kinds of anti-biotics, you cant drink, with athors you can, if you are lucky, you can find info about your spesifick anti-biotic on the nett.

You can drink with most. Back in the day, doctors prescribed antibiotics for VD. They told their patients they couldn't drink because they didn't want the patients to get all liqoured up and have sex. Over the years, this little lie has grown into accepted fact about all anti-biotics.

I'm not a doctor, just sayin.

yup, but it can be smart to check, some types can actually give you an Antabus like effeckt, when combined with alcohol.

This is actually 100% true.

Seeing as how I'm just finishing up a mega-round of antibiotics myself, I think there's only a couple of specific types of ABs that you shouldn't drink while taking; the vast majority present no problems at all. I asked my doctor when he prescribed mine if drinking was OK, and he said "as long as it's good booze you're drinking".

I feel you joe. I am forced to live over half my life undrunk just to do a job I love. It's a helluva fight between which will win. Thankfully I can retire at 50.

Pills are evil. Get off them as soon as they'll let you. You have some kind of flesh-eating disease or something..? I do not like antibiotics or pills of any kind... Doctors and pills cause death from what I've seen.

Dunno, I think I'll take my chances with antibiotics over trying to kill off lyme disease without them. Lyme's the first illness I've had in years that I coudn't put down with heavy doses of alcohol - it knocked me flat on my ass.
