The difference between undrunkenness and drunkeness can be so vast. When I read this thread s*ber I read it at face value. Reading the thread title drunk, it is like reading it for the first time. Free association took over and suddenly I was flashing back to Huey Lewis at the Marin County Fair in about 1988.

i discovered that beer does not help my condition. i used to consume it between drinks or to undrunk up (i hate you) for court appearances and the like. i drank two pilsners at dinner then fell asleep. i wasn't drunk, just too damn sleepy to keep my eyes open.
hard liquor and wine seem to help keep my cheeks rosy and my mood chipper. nick can have the rest of the beer.

I wasn't kidding about Benadryl, but if you want liquid therapy, try whiskey until the bottle is dry, then hit the gin..

Then say, "Fuck I should have stayed with the Benadryl"

Then say, "I love Fiyah, cuz he was right and drunk, and still right like 3 left hand turns"

If you have to stay awake because of the babes, try Claritin and/or Sudafed. I get sinus things all the time, Sudafed (or its generic equivalent, depending on what drug store you go to) is the ONLY thing that works for me.

Shotting cheap scotch has cured me of tonsilitis before, my theory is it should work for just about any ear/nose/throat affliction. Well, hey, it sure couldn't hurt!
