Find a lawyer, ply them with boose to get the name of their tailor. pay the extra for quality.

When getting sized in, ask for the inside jacket pockets (specify both) to be sized for a "gentlemens private stock".
(means flask sized and cut loose enough to hide the bulge in your pocket)

You'll be glad you did. Trust me.

Well, dressing up for drinking drinking is surely very nice, and I do too, but another question is what to drink? If you spill red wine on a white shirt, you are in trouble. So I would go with gin tonics, you can never go wrong with that. And if you're having a meal, drink white wine.
