Oh dear god
I just read a recipe for milk-boiled steak. You actually put a steak in a skillet and pour in milk and boil it for six minutes PER SIDE. I had to do a double take to see if it was one of those don't white folk cook funny stories. (see raisins in the potato/macaroni salad story online everywhere.) No, they are not talking simmer. They specify high, hard boil. Makes me long for the days of mom's gray, arid meat. If I was a teetotaler, and someone made me eat that, I would need a full glass of straight bourbon AND a bourbon IV. And probably some psychological trauma counseling. I might even consider filing a police report for gross bodily assault.

If you ever feel as though you are getting too fat
Watch Dylan cooking videos. He finds the most god awful, disgusting recipes and then he attemps to eat them. If you know a good cook, kiss them and thank them for their service.
