I started out as ZombyWoof. found out someone else had the name, went to Mr. Woof, didn't like it, then Screwball which is my favorite comic book hero, mashed it up with sonic screwdriver from Dr. Who, and landed on Sonic Screwball.

I'm Rick. I like Booze, Ukes, METAL, Mexican Skunk, and long walks on the beach.

I kept having to log-on from different computers so I initialized what my u.n. used to be one friday and just left it.

My username comes from the blues singer/piano-player/guitarist Peetie Wheatsraw (real name: William Bunch, who was from Cotton Plant, AR or Ripley, TN) plus the number 44, the uniform number worn by ex-Laker great, Jerry West (who was from Cheylan, WVA).

Me? I'm from Norwalk, CA (L.A. County).

there was a thread about this very subject a few years back - can't remember the link off hand. very juicy stuff full of history if you can dig it up and we can eulogize the fallen and celebrate the still drunk. i think i touted "bluebottle" as some sort of lit/poetry rag that never quite got off the ground (except for me). i still have the business cards that i designed and letterpress printed with the "bluebottle" insignia. at the bottom it said as a colophon (handset in bookman in the shape of a goblet): "I don't consider it a successful night of revelry unless I end up under a bush somewhere."
