Your money's no good here, Mr. Torrence.
Mr. Torrence orders bourbon whiskey from Lloyd. Traitor Jack is,in fact, not bourbon, rather Tennessee Piss.
Sorry Stanley. You fucked up.

**"The Regal Beagle" was the bar in "Three's Company".
**"Archie's Place" WAS a bar.
**The title character in the show "Lou Grant" and the other reporters were often seen relaxing in a bar. And the original Lou Grant character from the "Mary Tyler Moore" show kept a bottle in his desk drawer (I believe bottom, left).
**Every '50s-'60s Western. And everyone drank in the Old West-- heroes included. There were more than a few "Bonanza" episodes that featured various/numerous members of the Cartwright clan completely shit-faced.
Those are just a few of the TV shows. I think, by and large, our kind have been well and fairly represented in television.
And then, there's all the movies.
CHEERS!

That 70's show features a home bar every now and then.
And Kitty's "closet alcoholism" is probably my favourite thing about the show

I gotta say, I have never watched the show, but i work on "Brothers and Sisters" and i think there are more "bar" sets in this show than any other type .... and they now own a winery .... and there was something like 260 drinks of alcohol by Sally Field alone in the first season ....

I believe that a Mr. Fred Sanford had himself a home bar with a very ample supply of ripple adorning it

Okay, is it weird of me to want the dress Maude wears in this clip? If you cut her head off, she'd be pretty attractive.felinamojokitty wrote:shows with a visible bar in the shot...

Looking at Bea Arthur, I somehow doubt that cutting her head off would kill her. She is scary. I am glad that she is not my mommy.

Man, so many shows over the years had bars in 'em...
Heck, just today off the top of my head I can think of My Name is Earl (the bar Crab Man works in) and How I Met Your Mother (their cast is always sitting and having a few)...
Going back a bit there's the Brick in Cisely, AK for Northern Exposure (actually been to the real one in Rosylen, WA)...
Then there was always my personal favorite, though it wasn't an actual bar, per se, the Still in The Swamp (Hawkeye's tent) on M*A*S*H.
