Why such a serious hangover all of a sudden?

I've found that serious hangovers build upon each other/ the previous. Especially when the only hangover cure that one tries to use is to drink the hangover away.

My hangover are like the Borg from Star Trek. They adapt, but I can usually stay one move a head of them. My main weapon is Vodka, but I have to switch juices. I wake up every morning and drink Vodka drinks. But I have to switch mixers. Right now I use some green kiwi/berry stuff. Before that it was white grape juice. In a few days I will need to switch again. I stay with Vodka bases drinks during the week because it is harder to detect by smell, but other spirits work well too. But again, I have to switch it up to stay ahead of the hangover.

i can't tell if don't get them anymore or if its become my natural morning to next drink feeling.

i stop at bars on my route though, and i feel a lot better leaving than arriving.

My little girl gave me a small plastic figurine of Saint Vivian. Patron Saint of Hangovers? Yeah, me neither, and I felt a bit weird about it, as I do not have hangovers. Then when my darling little two year old grandson was here, I gave Viv to him to play with, and his momma was a bit po'ed. WTF? I mean, like, you're the one that bought the damn thing.

I get the creepers. You know around 2-3pm in the afternoon hangovers. I don't get morning ones, I'm usually
still wasted when I get up.

The other day I had to drive around 9 in the AM. Checking out a ski area in NH. I was still so blitzed I pulled into a gas station and handed the wife the keys. She said, You want me to drive you home? I didn't know whether she meant home to the creepy B&B or home to Boston. Fuck, I said, fuck, just drive.

With me food seems to make a big difference. If I eat well the night before, even a fifth goes down with no headache (disorientation, sure, but no headache).
Without a supper and without drinking much water, sometimes the headaches are nasty...
