Why such a serious hangover all of a sudden?

Why such a serious hangover all of a sudden?
I’m still drinking the same drink which is brandy and coke, but the last month or so my hangovers are really tough and I drank muck more before without the heavy burden. Does any one know why this is all of a sudden, or is it just a fase or something? I’m 32 by the way…

Could it be Mr Liver or Mr Brain saying something along the lines 'take it easy for a bit please?'

Started/quit any new meds?
Started/quit exercising?
Try this - once you're "done" for the night - quaff a large cup of cold seltzer water. See if that helps.

Also, exercising is good. And its easy to work exercises into your daily routine within the comforts of your own home.
I do lots of exercising: arm curls to my mouth, several laps back and forth to the fridge, and I run on the stairs every time I have to go to the bathroom.

Also, get yourself some Milk Thistle. Helps keep your liver working properly.

also try substituting the coke for coke zero if it's available in your area. sugar always contributes to hangovers.

Hey we just got Coke Zero about 2 or 3 months ago and I have been drinking it. Could that not be my whole problem?
