Don't know really. I'm just a cheap Frank Zappa fan, someone whom he would hate and call an asshole because I love to drink and get high. We all have our crutches. His were cigarettes and tobacco. I just loved the album. Names and titles to his songs meant nothing and were really ridiculous but the music was superb. I think it points to our animal nature and our love for waffles and Aunt Jemima. He wrote Electric Aunt Jemima back in the late '60's and used his love for the do-wap music of the '50's (hope you know what that was, lots of quartet vocal groups doing 'rama lama ding dong...bop shoo bop' type of oral utterance making rhythms) to create this song. http://www.metrolyrics.com/electric-aun ... ntion.html It's a gas.

I always intend to like Zappa but I rarely pull it off. Guy was the musical posterchild for ADD, from what I've listened to...but I could be missing lots. Guy made the word "prolific" sound lazy.

Not to hijack this "mom" thread (well... Frank WAS a "Mother", wasn't he?), I've always loved that segment of him on the Steve Allen Show playing the bicycle. (there are 4 parts to this)
