Man I would like some Hendrick's right now, is it just me or did it just recently become the most sought after gin? Anyway, on a good day I'd go for Bombay Sapphire or Tanquray, but on an average day it would be something more like Gordon's or possibly the Icelandic brand Ísafold which was a nice surprise as it is the first and so far only Icelandic gin brand. Oh, and Schweppes Tonic, there is no substitute (kind of).
