oh no, half finished in that I broke down my still before I got the second distillation done. It wasn't too rough but I don't think it was nearly as strong as I measured it to be. Saying that, my palate might have been compromised by the tenglass of dark rum and litres of pepsi I drank just before

Glad you folks picked up on it. That was the whole tiki lounge explosion in the 60's. Remember growing up in the burbs and folks are doing back yard luaus and lighting up tiki torches. Martinis were definitely the drink too.
