been on gin and tonics with liberal splashes of bitters for the past few hours...just made a negroni. it is all class.

It's Saturday so I'm finishing up this premium Mexican tequila and Mexican lager beers. Had two pints of Stone brewery 'Buenaveza'. This is an American craft Mexican beer. It has lime and salt in it so there in no fuss with that. It's tequila shots and you are off and running!

Cheap American gin called New Amsterdam. Apparently the American style involves going light on the juniper (cause who would want gin to taste all ginny) and upping the citrus/orange peel notes. It's gotten decent reviews, but I don't think I like it. Maybe I can find some appropriate cocktails to make Orangy Gin and Tonics.
