Well played...
The last thing that anyone should ever do is feel ashamed of blacking out. You were trying to get drunk last night and, goddamnit, mission accomplished.

chimneyfish: Hendricks is actually quite mellow and has a lemony taste, but its also very complex (lots of things/different spices to discover) in my opinion...funnily I didn't like gin for a long time but have gotten into it only in the last two years or so...do you have any rec.s? (what are/is your fav etc.?)

all the best, J.

Well it sure tasted like roses to me. My favorite is Junipero. I think the best valued gin is Beefeater; they're $20 handles here and it's good.

Few cans of cheap beer. A couple of bottles of McEwan's Champion Ale await.

I feel tomorrow will be a better day.

mmmm junipero me too..(definately a 'treat' gin) have you tried brokers chimney?

long ago i used to buy 'maxims' (a french gin) and it had that peppery junipero-esque flavor..reasonable too..
can't find it anywhere don't know if it's still made or avail. in the US..(they make a vodka as well)

'greenals' is a lovely gin and it is made by women distillers (if i remember correctly from my gin guy at specs)

i got a bottle of 'aviation' gin from oregon and did not like it too liquoricey-(like the candy) and too sweet..

Yeah. I like it. I once broke a bottle by picking it up by the hat. Those tops are even more dangerous than the Jewel of Russia vodka loose tops.

It used to be my call sign when I was an XO in an engineer battalion.

always pick up bottles by their middles..

those damn hats are mischievious!

i screw thew cap off by twisting the hat..works...used to save them then tossed all approx 100 into recycling..

i still am waiting for a youtube vide of someone with uses for the hats....nipple covers... gerbil hat... impromptu shot glass...

the thing i am drinking can be known in this simple, long lettered, riddle

WAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
"In vino veritas, in aqua sanitas"

in wine there is truth, in water there is health

In three things is a man revealed: in his goblet, in his wallet, and in his wrath
