Hammer 'n' Tongs draft. At $34 for 30 cans, it's the cheapest thing available that isn't some dodgy German beer. It's only four percent; so it takes about eight cans before it starts to get worth it, stomach-wise.

It has some of the worst bottle artwork I've ever seen, but is a tasty IPA nonetheless.

Oaxaca Old-Fashioned

1 1/2 oz reposado tequila
1/2 oz mezcal
1 tsp agave nectar
2 dashes Angostura

The recipe calls for a flamed orange peel as garnish but I can't be bothered to find a match or squeeze an orange peel while holding a lit match. That type of coordination is asking for too much at this point in my trajectory!

Combine ingredients in a glass and stir, stir, and stir more. Despite your stirring, the agave nectar will remain on your spoon, so lick the spoon while contemplating how much better agave nectar tastes on warm, buttered English muffins than it does on your bar spoon.
