It's Saturday so it's Mexican lager and fine tequila.
Found myself in the Matrix and took the red pill. Now I want the blue pill and my bottle and leave me alone.

Leopold Bros. small batch American whiskey.

This is one of the weirdest whiskies. It tastes and smells like I'm drinking cereal grains, with some cigar-like smokiness.
Oh God, my grandmother would kill me.

Let's see, it's not labeled bourbon and probably not produced in Kentucky, what could be weird?

After much debate, I decided to go with Vella Delicious Red again. I haven't eaten enough food to slow the passage of beer and I'm not in the mood to get up and pee every four minutes.

Goes well with a rye sandwich. Mmm dry grains.

Black or white label Bushmills? I'm a black label fan myself.
Even non whiskey drinkers are impressed with Bushmill's black. It's not as dry and earthy as Scotch nor is it as sweet as Jameson. It's a lot closer to bourbon to suit Americans, so it sells.
I agree. Black label Bushmills is similar to bourbon. Nice and full bodied.
You are both succinct.

Hamm's! Hopefully the huge carne asada plate I had for dinner will slow the absorption so I don't have to constantly pee.

Lacing the Hamm's with some Kessler now.

The rain is barely audible. Come on rain, you can do it.

Cask House Triple Oak.

It's doing away with the alcohol withdrawal anxiety.

Jack Rye and Death By King Cake from Oskar Blues. Might be going on lockdown tomorrow and I've got barely enough booze to make it through the night. Might have to quarantine with a case of Natty Ice or something.

I was probably drunk when I said that, but I meant it.

The second best thing about a shot of Malört is the face the bartender makes when you order it.

It's bottle depletion time for me. Too many with too little whiskey for a proper sesh, so I'm combining them all.

On the docket: Cask House Triple Oak, WT101, Johnnie Walker Red, Dickel no. 12.

It is my mission to slay them all and be done with their respective presences. Probably not gonna happen, but wish me luck.
