And there's nothing wrong with hating something that is wrong. Hate in and of itself can be a tremendous motivator for good (say when we hate Al Queda, female clitorectomies, forced 'tween marriages, stoning of rape victims, freedom loving citizens in China, Iran, Venezuela jailed for advocating said freedom - but that's for another thread). Yes. Hate has a place. Hatred of tyranny is not a bad thing. Yes, I'm officially Master of the Obvious with this observance - but hatred of even terrible things is being maligned to such a degree that it behooves me to make this statement.

Now, in keeping with the thread - ya know who pisses me off? The friggin' clowns running bars in the Midwest who - speakin' of hate - have got a hate on for club soda. What in the THE HELL does central Illinois have against club soda? Seriously? You guys are pouring club soda, when you have it, from BOTTLES??? Not from a gun?? Wait, you don't have a mixer gun at the bar?? WHAT?? And to boot, you have no intention of sending anyone out to get more bubbly stuff to accommodate your full bar? HUH??

Don't even get me started on not being able to get a Stoli O and club IN O'HARE. Fer fuck's sake - it's the size of a small town! Nothin'! My little Westchester Airport has like 11 flavors of voddie and the Martini Lounge, Detroit 500 and Irish Pub in Detroit airport are far better equipped. Makes no sense.
