I'm drinking a few toasts to today's new graduates. I'm listening to the band teacher scream at her band kids as they practice "Pomp and Circumstance." I love that song. I no longer have any kids at that school, but I cried all over myself a few days ago, when my baby got her college degrees.

Have remained undrunk today, as I have to pilot the four-wheeled cage and pick up my lovely from her daily toilage. But, forsooth! We are attending an artsy-fartsy soiree that will have free wine. Surely I deserve a snort or 5?
