What the fuck, this is totally not fair. Why the hell does Canada charge like 3 times as much for alcohol?!?

Meijer by me only goes down to 18.99. If I saw it at $10.59 I'd buy 2 cases.

I've been buying a lot of Evan Williams handles at Rite Aid because they're dirt cheap and I think I might be starting to like it than my normal go-to Beam White handles.

No booze in drugstores here... only in liquor stores and there's almost never sales on liquor. Beer is cheap though.

Anyone have experience with the CVS extrabucks? Can they be used for booze? How do they work?

Is this one of those damn "give us your phone number, it will only take a second and then you can get 40 cents off these 4 handles of evan williams and have to carry a card around all the time" ponzi schemes?

It's even weirder than that. It's like buy 4 12 packs of coke products for $13 and get $3 back in extrabucks and it advertise like "Coke products 4/$13- $3 extrabucks (like paying $10!)" I think the idea is to give me some kind of redeemable scrip so that I make another trip to the store at some point. I'm not too keen on this because most items at CVS can be found in a grocery store for less but if the restrictions are minimal (i.e. I can use the extrabucks on Beer and liquor) then I can live with that. What I don't want to end up doing is buying the 4 12 packs of pop for $13 and then end up spending my extrabucks on overpriced shit.
