This birthday I have been doing a lot of thinking. I mean, I am now 47 years old, I'm not a kid anymore, and I need to straighten up. I just can't take the hangovers anymore. Also I know I need to start paying attention to my health and taking better care of myself. I sometimes drink excessively and get crazy and dangerous. At times I have blacked out and don't remember anything I have done. This is stupid and irresponsible and it has to stop.
