not sure if hearing this in your head is better when alone or with company.
Drinking alone is fine and proper, and music is the best, but good gawd, get out and partake of a pub now and then. Or a lawn party/ street party/ garage/basement party, or even make one as you stumble about the neighborhood.

You may have to shower beforehand.

A solid douse of cheap beer over the head usually does it for the likes of me.

The liver grinds better with proper lubrication, so shots are indicated.

Ladles and Gentiles, I invite you to Tom Hark; a song that I can well imagine "Thirsty Drunk" enjoying.

As a theme for liquor runs, it's hard to beat John Barry's "007,"

3. The Rightewous Brothers

Did I ever tell you how the Righteous Brothers got their name? True story, mofos. When they we're starting out, they were playing a bar one night and after finishing a song, a Marine jumped up and said 'that was righteous, brothers!'

Now you know.

Not really. The movies had J.B.'s American counterpart, Felix Leiter, since Dr. No., all the way to the Timothy Dalton era, where he got murdered in The Living Daylights, I think. The one I assume to be on booze runs is the original Felix, Dr. No's Jack Lord.

You definitely can't go wrong with the Peter Gunn theme, especially the original score.

In all the recordings I've heard, I often feel like something's missing, so this is Episode 1, with the original score.
