There was one in Cali back in the early '80's. I know because I learned about it during one of those classes given when you are convicted of DUI. The guy was busted several times but it cost him a bunch to fight the cases finally getting a lab to isolate him for tests. They pulled his license though.

I love the act of drinking. When I'm not boozing I drink at least a gallon of alternative libation. Drunk without the drinking defeats the purpose

If the purpose of drinking is to get drunk (that is why I drink), then getting drunk without drinking would be prime. Secondly just because your already naturally drunk, dosnt mean you cant keep drining, you just get a head start.
