The name Stendhal comes from my favorite novelist, Stendhal, born Marie-Henri Beyle. Like us, he enjoyed dark wines and easy women. My favorite drinks for summer are scotch and club soda or gin and club soda. For the rest of year, Brandy, Scotch, Bourbon, and stout.
Welcome, the bar is over there and the bathroom is in the back. Pull up to the bar and grab a drink.

Hello, I am not new at all, but haven't been around for what feels like 200 light years ago. I used to be Tipsy McStagger. Thought I'd pop in and say hello. Since I am at work, I am not drunk yet but will be soon enough!!

Welcome back Tipsy! You were great in The Poseidon Adventure.
To be fair, I'm drunker than you.

Welcome back, pull up a chair to the Algonquin Round Table that is this forum and let's have a chat. I'm actually new here and I'm astounded how few people if anyone ever really leaves for good.

What's your drink of choice if you have one?

My Doctor asked me that same question once. My reply, "What do you have?"
He was not too impressed, but I did not need his approval for my adult choices!!

I'll have a John Daly, please. (That's an Arnold Palmer with a hefty amount of Vodka) and a shot of Fireball.
Heck, may I buy the Table a round?

Welcome back aboard Shelley Winters, I'll have a measure of Baker's 107.
There's got to be a morning after indeed, but that's not until Tuesday.

Welcome back Tipsy/Shelly! Remember to post drunk. Post often. Post drunk often.

I'll have a Glenfiddich any age or expression.

Hello everyone,

I'm not drunkposting today, but hangoverposting, does that qualify as well?
Anyways, I'm a Belgian guy with Scottish roots who lives in Russia, so I'm already exposed to beer, whisky and vodka based alcoholism. I've joined this forum because I want to learn how to do cocktails, which ones are worth the hassle, and all of that.
Right now, my favourite drinks are Trappist beers and peat whiskys, but it's been so for years, so I want to find new stuff. Plus, my wife entirely supports me as I've introduced her to Belgian sweet beers and as she likes her wine as well, which qualifies, if I'm not mistaken, as a good married life.

Let's drink to a nice day!
