There is no bad time for bourbon. Once you're flying on Central Bourbon time [CBT], there is no bad time for a sip. There is no springing forward or falling back unless you've been over-served. There is simply just the now of you, the glass, the ice and the bottle.

Can I play even if it's voddie I'm playin' with? I can't do the brown liquors. I bought bluespook a buncha bottles of Pappy van Winkle bourbon - and it was good - but it'll never be my go to. I'm all orange voddie, wine and champagne. I can't control my palate.
