Apparently the reason abstinence is demonstrably risky is because abstainers include former "problem drinkers" who have opted out altogether. I believe that if you separate out those who have never drunk, those abstainers are OK. Does anyone really drink because they think its healthy? Healthy is all right, but sexy & cool are more important. Booze is sexy & cool. And fun. And that's a scientifically proven medical fact.
