Hey! Doesn't anyone drink here anymore?

Um, yes,

I do not officially smoke cigarettes, but when I do my drinking

I will have some of those lovely inventions. Oh, nothing like a good kick for a head rush after a couple of shots of Jameson.

It was a good idea form one of the damned and also fine Modern Drunkards to buy a pack, smoke what I want out of it instead of begging at a th pub, and when done,

give it to someone.

I don't want to smoke again,

until the next time I do.

Only with boooooozzzzze

yup

Hey, who has one for me now?

I always say that I only smoke cigarettes when I drink.
But I drink daily. So that's that.

I just kissed a pack of cigarettes because I am so happy I had one left. This brand:

Post heart problem I have pretty much given up all smoking. Had a cigar to celebrate my brother's nuptials, but that's it. I used to love a good pipe, though. I've got a small collection of pipes that belonged to my grandfather and my uncle. Makes me sad to see them not being used.
A bowl full of good tobacco, a rocks glass full of ice, a bottle full of bourbon and a day full of sunshine. Damn. That sounds nice.

Cheers,

Bluto

I enjoy a good smoke, and feel like a cigar and a drink compliment each other perfectly.

I also enjoy a nice pip as a more relaxed smoke, you don't need to worry about it burning out or anything, it's a very different pleasure, but no wrose for that.

As for brands of cigar, I am really enjoying the Rocky Patel's of late, especially their sun grown range.

I find Domenican cigars to be perfect in the quality / costs ratio

Drew Estates Naturals or Javas have been my go tos for a few years now. I hate when I run out but don't do it enough for me to justify a humidor.

Patchez, I have a few humidors from my ship days, but these days I stick to a travel humidor for most occassions, picked one up for £40 (is that $60 ish?) and it holds 5 Churchill size cigars in a hard case with foam interior to protect them and a small reservoir to keep it all moist. Perfect for the occasional smoker.

Ah cigarettes and alcohol, the only pain here in the UK is that 99% of the time you're chucked outside under a dark, barely standing shelter with drips of rain coming off in the winter months. Easily overcome by having decent clothes on although it is equally fun staying behind at the bar when its closing time only for the landlord/s to get the trays out. Then it's light-up time and sometimes shots on the house.
